If you submit the contact form or join The DMV Alliance, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, location, organization, perspective, local-association affiliations, topic, and message. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or legally protected information through a form.

Google Analytics collects general usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referral source, and interaction data. This helps us understand which educational resources are useful. We do not use the website to collect payment-card information or precise location data.

How information is used

We use contact information to respond to inquiries, review corrections or sources, discuss participation, administer free Alliance membership, and manage the monthly newsletter when you consent. Membership information is stored when you submit the Join form; newsletter delivery may still be handled manually. Analytics information is used to evaluate website performance and audience interests. We do not sell personal information.

Contact-form submissions are processed by Formspree, while Alliance membership records are stored within the website’s secured membership database.
